The Intel Xeon 6553P-B is a 36-core (72-thread) processor built for the server CPU market. It launched in Q1 2025 with a suggested retail price of $2,402. It is part of Intel's Xeon 6 lineup, which is based on the Granite Rapids-D microarchitecture. The 6553P-B is compatible with Intel BGA 4368 motherboards and is fabricated on Intel's 5 nm manufacturing process.
